Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at ashoorinaanwiya215@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refunds Once your return is confirmed with our supplier, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
